DEB POLANCO

CO-FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

What advice would you give to new moms entering the workforce?

You are stronger than you think you are, never underestimate this new version of you. You are setting an incredible example for your children. You already have done one of the hardest things in the world, give yourself grace.

What’s one thing your kids have taught you that you bring into your work life?

I am constantly learning from my children. The world is ever evolving -- I love it.

ERICA THORNTON

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

What’s one thing your kids have taught you that you bring into your work life?

Passion and having fun for all things you do. I love to see them thrive in their favorite activities.

What advice would you give to new moms entering the workforce?

Take it day by day. Family comes first. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Always show up for them at their most important moments. You may have to miss a thing here or there, but make a point to be there when it matters.

BONNIE COOK

SR. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PR

What’s one thing your kids have taught you that you bring into your work life?

My daughter has taught me to let go of perfection. Sometimes the finger-painted chaos is more meaningful than the Pinterest version.

What’s your go-to outfit when you need to feel confident and powerful?

A great pair of jeans and an oversized blazer. It’s the perfect balance of polished and approachable — like, “I can run a meeting and a carpool.”

ALISON MALANGA

SENIOR DESIGNER

Who’s your biggest inspiration as a mom and why?

My mom and mother-in-law who continue to give their all as mothers and grandmothers.  The support they provide is unmatched and our family is very lucky to have them.

What’s one fashion item you couldn’t live without — mom-life or not?

Birkenstocks or a great fitting pair of jeans.

GLORIA FUENTES

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

What’s one fashion item you couldn’t live without — mom-life or not?

A nice pair of straight leg rigid denim jeans! Denim is such an essential part of my wardrobe. I always say, invest in the right pair- something you can dress up or down depending on the occasion.

What advice would you give to new moms entering the workforce?

Be kind to yourself! Be confident and do your best to find balance. We can't do it all, but we can give our best, and that's more than enough.

EUNICE YOON

SENIOR DESIGNER

What’s your go-to outfit when you need to feel confident and powerful?

My go-to outfit is a blazer with denim or a vest and pant set.

What advice would you give to new moms entering the workforce?

I’ve learned to just let it all go, because nothing will go according to plan with a child! And don’t feel guilty for working. You’re not a bad mom because you choose to work, it’s ok to want to have an identity outside of your child!

JESSICA ARBALLO

SENIOR DESIGNER

Who’s your biggest inspiration as a mom and why?

My mom is my biggest inspiration because she was a working mom of two kids back in the 80’s and she did everything with grace. She would look so chic and put together every day even if she had a lot on her plate for the day.

What’s your go-to outfit when you need to feel confident and powerful?

My go-to outfit is my vintage denim, my all-black Sanctuary blazer with my white tank underneath, my favorite low slip-on heels, and a gold belt for a finishing touch.

ZAIRA ROJAS

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Who’s your biggest inspiration as a mom and why?

My son - he has taught me resilience and how to see the world through a more compassionate lens.

What advice would you give to new moms entering the workforce?

Give yourself grace, ask for help when you need it, and remember that being a mom makes you stronger, not weaker, in your career.
