We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Swim We’re unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
To initiate a gift return, kindly send us an email at email@example.com with your First and Last Name, your friend's Email Address used to place the order, the Order number (if you know it), the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. A colleague in our Customer Happiness department will follow-up with return instructions.
Kindly note we will issue a store credit for the return, minus any shipping and postage fees.

SanctuaryClothing.com offers free returns on all orders over $75. For all other orders, there is the return shipping fee related to returning your item(s).
For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.
Unfortunately no. Sanctuary Clothing currently does not offer any physical locations.
Please allow two (2) weeks for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Yes! You may return two orders in one package. In fact, we would prefer it!
We would request you complete two returns on our Returns Portal, as if you are returning them separately. Only use one label that has been created.
What we would request is for you to include both packing slips in the return with the Return Authorization code. Once we receive your return, we can then ensure we track everything seamlessly.
